Residential Developments - LandPlan is currently developing various residential projects. These projects include two single-family luxury residential developments, Aspen Estates in Westlake and Rutherford Creek in Prosper. In addition, The Trailhead, LandPlan’s mixed-use project in Rogers, Arkansas contains three multi-family sites. LandPlan is also offering an existing home in University Park and a lot in Highland Park for sale.

Single-Family Developments begin with LandPlan acquiring land, designing the layout of streets and lots, obtaining the appropriate governmental approvals, and then overseeing the grading of the land and installation of water lines, sanitary sewer lines, drainage improvements, electric and natural gas lines, roads and sidewalks, streetlights, landscaping, amenities. Once these improvements are complete, LandPlan typically sells the lots to home builders or directly to individuals who then select one of several builders approved by LandPlan to construct a luxury custom home designed in accordance with the architectural design guidelines for the neighborhood.

Commercial Developments - The process of commercial development involves transforming raw land into a commercial environment that typically includes retail shopping and services, restaurants, and professional offices. Commercial real estate developers oversee every aspect of the development process including land selection and acquisition, preparation of civil engineering plans, bidding, selection of contractors, and construction of infrastructure. The developer may then choose to hire architects, space planners, and other professionals and contractors to design and construct buildings on the developed property or the developer may choose to sell building sites to end users. LandPlan Development Corp. is an experienced commercial developer with a vast array of past and ongoing commercial developments in Texas and Northwest Arkansas.
