Parkwood Village (August 2017) – The Halal Guys celebrated their grand opening at 8448 Parkwood Blvd. in Plano with a ribbon cutting, balloons, music, delicious food and hundreds of customers.  This Middle Eastern food concept began in New Your City with a food cart.

McKinney Village (October 2016) – McKinney Village is a 245-unit luxury multifamily community adjacent to the Medical District and the Collin County Community College in McKinney, Texas.  Upgraded features include elegant indoor/outdoor breezeways, private garages, a beautiful luxury clubhouse with amenity center, lounge pool, fitness center, dog park, rose garden, yoga park, secure package delivery lockers, keyless entry systems and advance security features throughout the property.  All of the units are adorned with granite counters and high-end stainless appliances.  Residents are moving in, with more than half the units completed and ready for occupancy, with the remaining units slated for completion in November 2016.

LandPlan and St. Ives Realty Developing a Mixed Use Center in Plano (March 2016) – LandPlan Development Corp. and St. Ives Realty have started construction on a mixed use center that will include two retail centers and an office building in the SEQ of State Highway 121 and Parkwood Drive in Plano.  Completion is scheduled for the fall of 2016.

LandPlan and Catalyst Partner to Develop McKinney Urban Village (March 2015) – LandPlan Development Corp. and Catalyst Urban Development have partnered to secure $21 million in construction financing for the initial phase of McKinney Urban Village in McKinney, Texas.

The $32 million mixed-use and health science district in McKinney initially will feature a proposed 240 apartment luxury community adjacent to the Medical Center of McKinney near U.S. 75 and State Highway 121.  The community’s proposed amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, dog park, resort-style pool terrace, yoga lawn, community garden and walking trails.
