David Ransom, AIA
Vice President of Design and Construction
David Ransom brings more than 20 years of design and construction experience to the LandPlan Development team. He is a licensed architect with expertise in healthcare facilities design, planning, programming and construction with specialization in large scale, multi-year, multi-million dollar projects. He has completed over 5 million square feet of healthcare facilities valued in excess of 1.5 billion dollars.
He has served a broad range of domestic and international clients and for such notable health systems as Universal Health Services, Tenet, HCA, Methodist Healthcare System, Texas Health Resources, Baylor Health System and the University of Texas Health System.
Prior to joining LandPlan, David held leadership roles in a number of healthcare management and development firms, where he was responsible for all aspects of facility development and provided expertise in both overall project management and day to day company operations. David also has notable experience in the design and construction of ambulatory, diagnostic, cancer care and medical office buildings as well as skilled nursing and senior care facilities.
David graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a specialization in Urban Design. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects, AIA Academy of Architecture for Health and the American Society of Healthcare Engineers.
