Incorporated in 1958 with only 50 residents, Fairview now has a population of just under 5,000. The community is well-known for its beautiful custom homes, expansive open spaces and scenic creeks and ponds. Fairview is also within the Lovejoy ISD, which is rated an exemplary school district.
