Frisco ISD is one of the fastest growing school districts in the state and nation, growing by 15-30 percent annually the past 10 years. More than 27,500 students are expected in the fall of the 2007-2008 school year. FISD serves residents of Collin and Denton Counties and residents of Frisco, and some portions of Plano, Little Elm, and McKinney. FISD is 30 miles north of Dallas.
