Scott

Scott Erwin played the World PGA Tour in the 70’s or as he would say, “the PGA Tour played me. After playing golf in 37 countries, all I proved is that I couldn’t win anywhere in the world!”  Following the life of a PGA Tour Player and while serving as a club professional at The Los Angeles Country Club, Scott taught golf to Bob Hope, Jack Lemon and Dean Martin to mention a few.  For the past 20 years, Scott has served as a Chief Operating Officer at some of the finest country clubs in America, including the Maroon Creek Club in Aspen, Colorado and the Berkeley Hall Club near Hilton Head, South Carolina.

Scott is a thirty year member of the Professional Golfer Association and a twelve year member of the Club Managers Association of America.  In 2007 while serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Berkeley Hall Club, Scott competed in the North and South Carolina Section Senior PGA Championship. That was the only golf tournament Scott played that year, and he shot a three-under-par 69 on the final day of the tournament to tie for second overall and tied for first in his age group.

Scott now serves as the Executive Vice President for LandPlan Development in Frisco, Texas. Scott’s responsibly includes the development of one of twenty-five worldwide Jack Nicklaus Golf Clubs in Prosper, Texas called BearsBrook Golf Club and four (two gated) residential communities.
